Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of DueBy Budget Planner ("DueBy", the "App"), provided by Todd Lahman LLC. By using the App you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to use the App.

1. Not financial advice

DueBy helps you track bills, subscriptions, and income that you enter. It does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice, does not move money, and does not guarantee that any reminder is delivered or that any figure is correct. You remain responsible for paying your bills on time and for checking amounts against your own statements.

2. Purchases and billing

DueBy is free to download and free to use within the free tier. DueBy Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, yearly or monthly, billed through your Apple Account. Current plans, prices, and the free trial are shown on the in-app paywall and confirmed by Apple before you buy.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account's subscription settings. If a free trial is offered, cancelling before it ends means you are never charged. DueBy Pro supports Apple Family Sharing. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

3. Your data

The App has no account. Your data stays on your devices and syncs only through your own iCloud storage; households you share are visible to the people you invite. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

Use the App only for your own lawful, personal purposes. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer it, interfere with it, or use it to store content you have no right to store.

5. Disclaimer and changes

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and you use it at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Todd Lahman LLC is not liable for late fees, missed payments, or other losses arising from your use of the App. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
